A circle of parents whose babies were born the same month.
Same stage, same worries, same 4am feeds. Club+ members join a small, private circle for their baby's birth month, plus any topic circles they like. Ask the question you'd feel silly googling. Someone else is awake.
- Small and private: your circle is only for parents with babies born the same month
- First names only, no public profiles
- A Calmo host in every circle, pointing to the guide, the NHS and real help when it matters
- Mute it any time. It's there when you want it, quiet when you don't

Circles
Join the ones that fit your life.
Everyone in the Club can join the topic circles. Club+ members also get their private birth-month circle. All of it lives on our Community page.

Your birth-month circle
Parents whose babies arrive the same month as yours. You'll grow up together.

The Night Shift: dads & partners
For the other half of the night shift. Practical, honest and judgement-free.

First tastes
Weaning questions, gagging worries, recipes that actually got eaten.

Feeding, any way
Breast, bottle or both. No sides taken, ever.

Sleep (or the lack of it)
Regressions, early starts, naps. Swap what's working.

Local meet-ups
Find parents nearby for a walk and a coffee. Post your area, and meet in a public place.

Kind by design
A safe place to ask anything.
The internet can be a scary place for new parents. Our circles are small, private and looked after by real people.
No judging how anyone feeds, sleeps or parents. Ever.
Real people host every circle and remove anything unkind or unsafe.
First names only. Nothing you share is public or sold.
Circles aren't medical advice. Worried? Call your health visitor, NHS 111 or 999.
What does Club+ cost?
Your first 30 days are free, then it's £4.95 a month. Cancel any time in two taps, and you won't be charged again. We email you 3 days before your free month ends.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The weekly email, guide chapters and a welcome discount, free for as long as you like.
Where do the circles happen?
On the Community page of the Calmo website, on your phone or computer. No app to download: choose a username and a profile photo, and you can chat, share photos and send files.
Are dads and partners welcome?
Very. Every circle is for mums, dads and partners, and there's a circle just for dads and partners too.
Is it medical advice?
No. Circles are parents helping parents, with a Calmo host. For anything about your baby's health, talk to your midwife, health visitor or GP, or call NHS 111 or 999.
What happens to my details?
We use them to match emails and circles to your baby's age. We never sell them. See our privacy notice.
