The small print

Honest about what it is.

Is it medical advice?

No. It's general information for UK parents, written calmly and checked against NHS, NHS Best Start in Life, Lullaby Trust, Food Standards Agency, RoSPA and CAPT guidance as of October 2026. It always tells you when to talk to your midwife, health visitor or GP, or to call NHS 111 or 999.

How do I get it?

It's a PDF, emailed with your order confirmation. Every order includes it, whatever you buy.

Can I print it?

Yes. It's A5, and the planners at the back are made for printing as many times as you like.

Can I buy the guide on its own?

Not at the moment. It comes free with any product, including the £9.95 ones.
