If you think a product could be unsafe, stop using it, put it out of reach, and email safety@calmobaby.com. Safety emails are prioritised and answered the same day on working days.
If a child is hurt or unwell, don’t wait for an email. Call 999 in an emergency, or contact NHS 111 or your GP for advice.
