- It's for awake, supervised time, not for sleep. If they nod off, lift them out and put them on their back in their cot or Moses basket (Lullaby Trust advice): a baby's head can drop forward when they sleep sitting up.
- Always use the harness, keep it on the floor, never on a table or sofa, and stop using it once they can sit up or try to climb out, or reach the weight on the label.

Can my baby nap in it?
No. It's for awake time. If they fall asleep, move them onto their back in a cot or Moses basket. That's the safe-sleep advice from the Lullaby Trust and the NHS.
How long can they stay in it?
Keep it to short spells, around 20 to 30 minutes, with you in the room. Floor time and cuddles matter more.

What if it doesn't work for us?
You have 60 nights to try it at home. If it doesn't help, send it back for a refund. Feeding and hygiene items need to be unopened.
